Please read these terms and conditions carefully.
Once you have chosen an EasyCarCare discount package (from amongst the partner garages and payment has been made), you will receive an EasyCarCare Certificate setting out the name of the relevant partner garage, the price discounts you are entitled to receive for a range of specified services and/or goods from the named partner garage, any terms and conditions attached to the EasyCarCare discount package by the relevant partner garage and the date of expiry of the Certificate.
Your selected garage certificate will be posted to you (unless purchased and given to you by one of our employees).
The EasyCarCare discount package is only available to NEW customers of the selected partner garage. This means that the vehicle you wish to add to your EasyCarCare discount package does not qualify if it has had its last service and MOT with the selected partner garage, within the last 12 months.
You must present the Certificate to the named partner garage in order to obtain the price discounts set out in the Certificate. Failure to do so could result in you being charged in full.
Appointments with the partner garage must be booked 2 weeks in advance and you must mention that you have an EasyCarCare Certificate when calling the partner garage and quote your Certificate number.
The EasyCarCare discount package may be transferred if the vehicle registered is written off or sold (proof may be required). A replacement Certificate will be required and a £10 admin fee will be charged.
All listed services will be free of labour charges for 12 months from date of purchase. If any additional labour is required, it will be charged at the normal rate of the partner garage, unless there is an ongoing discount highlighted on your EasyCarCare Certificate.
Parts and oils are not included in the package, they must be purchased from the partner garage and paid for in full prior to the collection of your vehicle.
Extra charges may be incurred on prestige vehicles or vehicles with engines over 2 litres, that require specialist oils, spark plugs or specialised parts (you should confirm prices with your partner garage on booking a service).
Free collection and delivery, if offered and subject to availability, is for major/interim services only to within the individually stipulated miles of the partner garage. This must be booked 2 weeks in advance.
A free courtesy car, if offered, is subject to availability, insurance terms and excludes weekends. It is offered for major/interim services only and must be booked 2 weeks in advance. Fuel is not included.
Free engine diagnostics provides fault code readout only. Additional charges will apply if further investigation is required.
A full manufacturers' warranty-approved service is available on request. The vehicle must have a current warranty.
The EasyCarCare package cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer at the named partner garage.
Our entire liability shall not in any event exceed the total amount paid by you to us.
If you enter into any agreement with a partner garage in respect of the provision of any services and/or goods, any losses or liability arising out of or in connection with such agreement shall be the relevant partner garage’s liability. We do not provide you with any warranty for any services and/or goods from partner garages.
We accept no liability for bad experiences (in relation to the provision of services and/or goods) from any partner garage and we will not be involved with any dispute between you and a partner garage.
If you wish to cancel your certificate, please call 020 8429 5259 within 14 days of purchase and, providing you have not used the EasyCarCare discount package, you will receive a full refund once your Certificate has been returned.
